David M. Robinson, Esq.
David M. Robinson concentrates on personal injury,
automobile accidents, medical malpractice, dangerous products and
serious work injuries. His successful handling of many well publicized
cases has made him one of Hawaii's premiere attorneys.
He is a former chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of Consumer Lawyers of
Hawaii; former State Delegate to the Association of Trial Lawyers of
America; and he serves on the Board of Directors of the Consumer
Lawyers of Hawaii. He is also a past (1999-2000 term) President of the
Consumer Lawyers of Hawaii.
David graduated cum laude from San
Francisco State University and the University of San Francisco School
of law where he was academic appointment to the Law Review.
Daniel E. Chur, Esq.
Daniel
E. Chur has extensive personal injury trial and litigation experience,
including catastrophic injuries, auto accidents, slip-and-fall cases,
defective products, workers' compensation, DUI and criminal defense, as
well as medical/legal malpractice.
He is named in Who's Who in American Law
recognizing the distinguished lawyers in the United States, Million
Dollar Advocates for having favorably resolving many cases in the
million dollar plus category for his clients and a member of Consumer
Lawyers of Hawaii as a trial lawyer for Hawaii's injured victims. He is also a member of the "Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Hawaii" voted by the American Trial Lawyers Association http://www.theatla.com/top-100-lawyers-hawaii.html.
Dan
is licensed to practice in all Hawaii state and federal courts and is
also licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court.

Andrew A. Cheng, Esq., Of Counsel, a Limited

Andrew A. Cheng concentrates in workers’ compensation,
personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, medical
malpractice, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, and
employment law.
After working for several years in the civil litigation
section at Kessner Umebayashi Bain & Matsunaga, one of Hawaii’s larger insurance defense law firms,
Mr. Cheng joined Robinson & Chur as of counsel in 2011 where the main focus
of his practice is representing injured employees in workers’ compensation
matters. He has the unique perspective of having represented both claimants and
plaintiffs, and insurance companies and defendants. He brings extensive and
broad-based litigation experience to the firm, having litigated cases at the
Disability Compensation Division and Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals
Board, Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, state and federal
courts at the District Court, Circuit Court, and appellate levels, and the
Hawaii Civil Rights Commission, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission.
Mr. Cheng is a graduate of Punahou, Wheaton
College, and the William S. Richardson
School of Law, University
of Hawai`i. He has
published law review articles addressing constitutional, first amendment, and
religious freedom issues. He is married and the father of two children.
